Fantasy : 3M Mich : Nascar Fantasy Picks

Well here we are at the 2 mile D shaped oval track we call Michigan International Speedway.
Sorry about last weeks pick, my top five picks would have all been in the top 8 if it wasnt for Montoya getting bumped into Harvick.

So where shall we start I keep hearing so much about Carl Edwards and this track. Yeah he is great at Michigan In his last 6 starts there he has 1 win in June and 4 top fives and 5 top tens with an AVE finish of 7.3. He is a great pick, but i dont buy it. Id say he wil finish top 15 but not top 10.

Its not Carl Edwards, I like Carl. I dont like Roush racing. Or shall i say Roush Fenway. I think its because of Carl supporting the red sox with his Red Sox Fenway car. I just dont like John Henry and his Sox being from New York.

Kenseth is also great here. In his last 9 starts he has a win, 4 top fives and 7 top tens. Look for him to be in the top ten this week.

Stewart is hot, all that has to be said. He wil stay hot until he wins the championship! He is due for the win this week here at MI, with 5 top fives and 7 top tens with no wins in his last 5 seasons here.

Denny is not as strong here but has only races here 3 times, coming home with only 1 top ten. But with a hot teamate like Tony has been, Denny can keep it going too. He is my pick to win it all this week.

Dale Jr is fighting for that spot in the chase and will do good this week. In his last 5 years he has 2 top fives and 4 top tens. He will be trying his hardest and driving his best to get up in the top 5 this weekend.

Paul Menard and Reed Sorensen are both hot and cheap on the salary capped leagues. Paul in his last 3 starts, his only 3 races here has an ave finish of 10.7. Reed on the other hand in the same amount of races has 1 top 5 and 2 top tens. Ave of 12 here. THey are great low picks that will race well.

As for the Hendrick Boys Johnson and Gordon will both be in the top ten this week. This isnt one of there best tracks, but you know there both running well this season so i see them up front. One of them i see getting into it with Harvick and Montoya when they retaliate for last weeks mishap. So watch out for that.

Stay Away from Montoya, Harvick and yeah so Ruitimann!

So big changes to my team this week. I changed my Top 5. Got rid of DAle JR. seeing that it is a long track, and he wants to go big, hes going to blow his engine towards the end.
